What is the process for Instant Orthodontics?
Usually the dentist will start by collecting records on the patient including models of the teeth, xrays, and photographs. The dentist and patient will discuss the patient’s expectations and exactly what they would like to accomplish with the Instant Orthodontic procedure. Diagnostic wax models can be made to duplicate what the teeth will look like, and used as a template for temporary teeth, while the final porcelain restorations are being fabricated.

At the next appointment, the teeth are prepared for the porcelain restorations and impressions of the prepared teeth are sent to the laboratory. The temporary restorations are placed on the patient’s teeth to give the patient an idea of what the final product will look like. Adjustments can be made at that time, and these changes can be relayed to the laboratory.

A couple of weeks later, the patient comes in and the beautiful porcelain restorations are bonded to the teeth using advanced bonding technology. The patient goes home with a gorgeous new smile.
